Member Bar & Dining

Wausau Country Club members have so many options to choose from when headed inside the club after a day of golf, tennis, swimming--or even a hard day at work. Many members take advantage of the wonderful array of food offerings, with lunch and dinner served daily, beginning at 11 in the morning and continuing throughout golf season. A very special treat happens on Thursday and Friday evenings--a treat not to be missed--when the club offers fine dining in our main dining room. There are so many sumptuous options to choose from! Imagine enjoying a delicious meal with friends and family, while overlooking the spectacular beauty of the golf course and the winding tributaries of Lake Wausau. These fine dining experiences begin on Thursdays and Fridays at 5 in the evening, and the dining room truly does offer some of the finest food in the region, specially prepared by our chef. Members can dine on an array of steaks, seafood, and, of course, who would miss the Friday night tradition of a Wisconsin fish fry--hot, fresh, and right off the grill!

Another great option for our members to enjoy after those outdoor activities is to stop by the Turne Bar, and relax with a refreshing cocktail. The Turne stocks a wide selection of beverages to choose from, and what better place to enjoy the spirits, while catching up with friends and family. No doubt, there is no better place to dine and socialize after your day's activities than at the Wausau Country Club!
